SteadyState Workflows is a process improvement consultancy that helps give small businesses top down visibility to make thier work clearer, more repeatable, and easier to manage.
We work with teams to understand how work comes in, how it moves, where it gets delayed, and where visibility breaks down. From there, we design practical workflow solutions that reduce missed follow-ups, duplicated effort, unclear ownership, and manual status chasing.
Our work often includes lead tracking, customer intake, service request tracking, approvals, document collection, task follow-up, and operational dashboards.
When a system needs to be built, we use tools many businesses already have access to, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, and Outlook.
The goal is not to add unnecessary software. The goal is to create simple, useful systems around how your team actually works so information is easier to find, responsibilities are clearer, and follow-through is easier to manage.
