Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:
- Elevate patient well-being by assisting with daily activities, ensuring comfort, and preserving dignity.- Take and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide valuable support in patient mobility and transfers.
- Offer compassionate emotional support to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient conditions and report concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Be an expert in catheter care, phlebotomy, and venipuncture procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, ensuring comprehensive records.
- Extend behavioral health support to patients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or have completed a Nursing Assistant training program.- Preferred experience working with children.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and physiology.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Additional Requirement: MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WITH PETS

Experience:
- Caregiving experience (preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (preferred)
Work Location:
- Clients' homes, ensuring care is where they need it the most.
