Clinical / Operations Manager
CareLink of Northwest Georgia, Inc. (CareLink) –
CareLink is a non-profit charitable, primary care clinic serving adults 18+ that do not have health insurance or
Medicare Part A only. CareLink is physically located in Dallas GA, but serves all of Paulding and surrounding
counties in Northwest Georgia. CareLink has been open for business since November 2018. CareLink is a
community partner of Wellstar and interacts with them on a regular basis.
Role –
The clinical / operations manager will be responsible for the operations of the clinic when open, currently
Tuesday and Saturday. CareLink plans to expand in 2025 to include at least one more partial day open and
potentially an outreach mobile clinic in strategic areas. This individual will become the administrator of the
clinics EMR and provide project management to CareLink’s three year strategic plan. This will be a contract
part time position with an estimated 25 to 30 hours weekly. This individual will report to the CareLink board
of directors and will be responsible for attending the monthly board meetings and providing updates regarding
the clinic operations.
Responsibilities –
Operational Management of all aspects of clinic when open to include staff and patients
Set up of next day’s patient records (currently Monday and Friday’s – 2-4 hours each) and return
incoming phone calls received on days not open.
Administration of Athena EMR to include set up of staff and creating monthly reports
Project management, execution and development of three year strategic plan
Oversight and standardization of training of new clinic staff
Work with development and implementation of new programs
Participate in board meetings and public events

Physical location – 625 W. Memorial Dr. Dallas GA 30132
25-30 hour part time contract position with future possibility to move to full time permanent position
Tuesday 8 – 2:30 and Saturday 8 – 12:30 (currently) – Plan to add and/or expand to at least one more
day. Under consideration a 4 – 7:30 shift and potentially an offsite monthly mobile clinic (TBD)
Combination of on-site and remote work presence
Job Requirements –
Minimally an Associate college degree in a related field
Prior office and/or operational management experience in a medical office or similar environment
Disciplined, Self-motivated and Independent Leader able to work autonomously
Prior experience with leading a team of volunteer and potential paid individuals – DR, NP, PA, RN,
LPN, MA, ‘CNA, and Front office clerical between 18 – 85 years.
Project management to include execution, roll-out, reporting and meeting deadlines
Order Supplies (medical and office) as needed
Interact with the board monthly – to include preparation and delivery of operational stats
Interact with community as an advocate for CareLink.
Ensure compliance with local and government regulatory requirements
PC and Microsoft Office Proficiency – Word, Excel and Power Point
