The Healing Table is a signature gathering hosted by FOCUS: Faith & Mental Health, Inc., created as a safe and intentional space for women to pause, reflect, and be poured into. This month’s experience is centered on giving your story a voice and exploring the power of journaling, personal reflection, and identity building.

Through guided prompts and meaningful conversation, attendees will be encouraged to process their experiences, reconnect with their voice, and begin shaping their story with purpose. We will also explore the question, “If your life were a brand, what would it say?” offering a powerful and practical pathway toward clarity, confidence, and growth.

This is more than a brunch, it is a healing experience. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu featuring chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits, all within a warm and welcoming environment designed for connection and restoration.

Proceeds from The Healing Table directly support FOCUS initiatives serving women, children, and families throughout Paulding County and surrounding communities, including mental health support, access to care, and outreach programs.
